The College of Legal Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School organized an open seminar led by a prominent law expert, judge of the Supreme Administrative Court – General Administrative Chamber, and SGMK lecturer, Prof. Rafal Stasikowski. 

The meeting began with an introduction by Rev. Prof. Pawel Lewandowski, Vice Dean of the College of Legal Studies. Prof. SGMK Stasikowski delivered a lecture entitled “Between determinacy and flexibility of administrative law” discussing the most important issues concerning the basic values of rights: determinacy and flexibility. 

On March 6th, 2024 the College of Legal Sciences of the SGMK had the pleasure of organizing an open seminar at the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Warsaw. During the seminar, Professor Rafał Stasikowski, a well-known law expert, judge of the Supreme Administrative Court – General Administrative Chamber, and professor at the SGMK, gave a lecture entitled: “Between determinacy and flexibility of law”. 

During the lecture, Prof. Rafal Stasikowski demonstrated that the determinacy of law is not the opposite of its flexibility, since both values coexist and can be realized together, and in certain circumstances even complement each other. 

The seminar was held on May 25.2024 at the College of Legal Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Lublin.
