“Behold, the Virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Emmanuel.” (Isaiah 7:14)
“Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:5)
The Old Testament words of the Prophet Isaiah will soon become ours. On the occasion of the Nativity of Our Lord, I wish that there be no lack of peace and goodness among us. May this be a special Christmas, experienced in an atmosphere of mutual respect and enjoying each other’s presence. May Faith, Hope and Love, which comes into the world, enter our hearts. Faith that the One who is born will carry us in good health through the hardships of everyday life. Hope that together we are able to overcome all adversity and Love that destroys evil, breaks down the walls of hostility and allows us to accept the gift of the other. Have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year 2025!
