Classes for the mid-year undergraduate program “Economics and Law in Practice” at the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School have begun. Students took the oath and have already started attending lectures.
The undergraduate studies “Economics and Law in Practice” at the SGMK College of Economics and Management in Warsaw offer education in economics and law, adapted to the needs of the modern labor market. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics that prepare students for work in the legal and economic sectors. Nearly 50 people applied for the program as part of the recruitment process, and the best of them were admitted.
The aim of the program is to educate specialists who will skillfully combine knowledge of law, economics and practical skills, enabling them to effectively manage and make decisions in economic organizations and public institutions.
The curriculum is implemented by highly qualified teachers who have both academic and practical experience in the legal and economic sectors. The lecturers are expert practitioners, including lawyers, economists, tax advisors and specialists in management and business law.
International academic staff
Lectures and classes at SGMK have so far been conducted by more than 120 lecturers from around the world, giving the university a truly international character and a global dimension to its educational offerings.
As part of its scientific and research activities, SGMK organizes congresses, conferences and scientific seminars that attract the attention of the science community, such as:
– Futurist of The Year 2024 – the largest futurological science congress in Europe
– AI&EDU SGMK – congress on the future of technology and artificial intelligence
– Conferences, Copernican Lectures and debates at SGMK Colleges with the participation of prominent specialists in astronomy, medicine, law, technology, ethics and economics.
SGMK scientists, lecturers, and doctoral students have authored several thousand publications and scientific articles, including many already published and being prepared this year under the auspices of SGMK.
SGMK’s young researchers have been recognized for their scientific achievements with prestigious awards, such as the Young Investigators Awards – ESPK, and the #START program scholarship of the Foundation for Polish Science.
Modern fields of study
SGMK offers practical interdisciplinary postgraduate programs in areas of communication and strategic foresight, cyber-security and security of financial and public institutions (AI), tax law, and public procurement. We have also launched two elite MBA programs: MBA – Banking and Finance System and MBA – Local Government and Administration, as well as International Coaching Studies.
