The Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School continues developing partnerships with domestic and international universities. Inter-university cooperation allows for the exchange of knowledge and experience. Various activities and initiatives are undertaken to jointly pursue the development of scientific research and cooperation for the benefit of science.
The Vice-Dean of the SGMK College of Legal Sciences, Rev. Dr. Paweł Lewandowski, was honored with a commemorative medal from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in appreciation for his efforts in developing international cooperation.
Scientific cooperation between Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School and the University of Trnava takes place within the framework of an agreement signed in Trnava on September 26, 2024.
The Universities jointly organized the International Scientific Colloquium “Current Issues of State-Church Relations – with a Special Focus on Economic Issues” (September 26, 2024. ), an International Scientific Conference “Traditional and non-traditional forms of church financing” (September 27, 2024), an International Scientific Colloquium “Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Holy See on some legal matters” (November 25, 2024), as well as International Scientific Conference “Public Funding of Religious Organizations” (December 17, 2024).
All of these scientific events were held with financial support from grant VEGA 1/0170/21 International Legal Obligations of the Slovak Republic in the Field of Financing of the Catholic Church.
