First December convention of the MBA program

Another interesting convention of the MBA program was held on December 2-3, 2023. During the two days of classes, students attended lectures entitled: 

  • “Aspects of artificial intelligence in banking” – expert: Sebastian Ferdyn 
  • “Circulation of money in the economy”. – expert: mec. Grzegorz Pastuszko 
  • “Vescovi constitutional reform ” – expert: Prof. Fabrizio Giulimondi 
  • “Fundamentals of monetary economics” – expert: Dr. Michal Gradzewicz 

The next classes of the MBA “Banking and the Financial System” course will be held on December 9-10. 

 

Expert profiles:

Prof. Fabrizio Giulimondi – Dean of the College of Legal Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Lublin. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of ForoEuropa and a professor at the Sapienza University of Rome. He is also associated with the University “Gabriele D’Annunzio” in Chieti-Pescara. As an expert in administrative law and comparative constitutional law, Prof. Giulimondi works with many private and public institutions. He is a member of numerous international research teams and an author of more than 150 scientific publications. 

Dr. Michal Gradzewicz – economic advisor heading a team in the Department of Economic Analysis and Research at the National Bank of Poland. He holds a PhD in economics and is an assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. His research focuses mainly on the efficiency of production processes, business cycle fluctuations, the labor market and various macroeconomic and econometric issues. He is the author of a number of publications in peer-reviewed foreign and domestic journals. 

Attorney Grzegorz Pastuszko – holds a PhD degree in Law, university teacher at the University of Rzeszow. He is an author of numerous scientific publications, including chapters in two academic textbooks and co-author of a commentary on the Law on the State Tribunal. He specializes in constitutional law, including comparative law. 

Sebastian Ferdyn – Director of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications at the National Bank of Poland. He is an ICT management expert, graduate of the Faculty of Management at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz and the Faculty of Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. He has worked for domestic and international mobile network operators. Passionate about ICT security and modern technologies.
