On October 8, 2024, the University of Physical Education in Biała Podlaska inaugurated the Jubilee Academic Year 2024/2025. The event was held in the ceremonial atmosphere, with the presence of numerous representatives of scientific and sports circles, representatives of state and local authorities, uniformed services, clergy, delegations from friendly foreign universities from Lithuania and Latvia and domestic universities, as well as representatives of companies and institutions cooperating with the university. 

The ceremony was also attended by Wojciech Kondrat, Chancellor of the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Warsaw, representing the academic community of SGMK. 

The attendees were welcomed by Prof. Jerzy Sadowski, Vice-Chancellor of the Warsaw branch of the University of Physical Education. During the ceremony, awards were presented to AWF employees for their merits and many years of service to the university, as well as medals for the best graduates.
