International Coaching Studies

The modern world of business and management requires leaders and professionals who can effectively support individual and team development in a multicultural environment. Coaching has long ceased to be just a management tool – it has become an integral part of building innovative organizations and supporting the development of employees at every stage of their careers.  

We invite you to apply for the postgraduate program “International Coaching Studies” at the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School.  
The study is aimed at people who wish to gain not only a solid theoretical base in the field of coaching, but also a unique cross-cultural perspective to operate in diverse teams and environments. The program curriculum combines the latest scientific knowledge with practical workshops led by experienced coaching practitioners from around the world. Students explore techniques for effective coaching processes, learn to discover and develop human potential and build a culture of cooperation and mutual support in organizations.  

Substantive partners: Institute of Modern Education International and Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy (MIPP) 

The program offers comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical tools, in accordance with the standards of the International Coaching Federation, supporting the effective management of teams and individuals. The program is dedicated to those working in local government units and develops key coaching competencies: communication, leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills, adapted to the specifics of public administration. Through the course of study, participants gain modern tools and advanced skills in diagnosing and supporting teams. While working under expert supervision, they improve their skillset in accordance with the highest substantive and ethical standards. 

The program is designed for those who: 

  • work in public administration, local government units or plan to take up a job in a public organization, dealing with managing projects (especially project teams), employee development and supporting local initiatives; 
  • hold managerial positions in local government units and want to improve their leadership and conflict resolution skills, strengthen communication with employees and local residents; 
  • want to upgrade their qualifications or plan to change their career path; 
  • university graduates who want to gain additional specialized qualifications. 

Program outcomes: 

  • Certificate of completion of postgraduate studies confirming the acquired qualification; 
  • Certificate attesting to the completion of a specialized course of the International Coaching Federation (70 hours) – ACSTH, allowing you to apply for international coach accreditation at the ACC level; 
  • Graduates will gain competence to work as an internal coach in Institutions, companies, organizations, as well as an external coach conducting individual practice with clients. 

Graduate Profile: 
The international nature of the program will prepare graduates to work in a global environment, allowing them to effectively combine diverse values, communication styles and development goals. Upon completion of the program and training, the graduate becomes a COACH with INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION  

Formal requirements: 
University degree (at least a bachelor’s, engineering or master’s degree).

Eliza Masny – Psychologist, Coach, Business and Personal Development Coach with 18 years of professional experience. 

Meet our lecturers:

Eliza Masny

Psychologist, MCC coach, psychometrician. Graduate of SWPS in Poznań and the University of Szczecin. Specializes in business coaching and interpersonal skills development. She cooperates with universities and companies, providing training in management, communication and personal development. Author of publications on emotional intelligence and co-author of the textbook “Coaching”. Creates tools to support the development of communication competency. In her practice, she strictly follows a code of ethics, combining professionalism with optimism and openness to people. Program leader.

Sylwia Majewska

Psychologist, psychometrician, coach. Graduate of the SWPS University in Warsaw, owner of the Psychology and Education Center. Provides individual and group therapy in an integrative approach. Specializes in anxiety, adaptive, personality and emotional disorders. She is the author of psychometric tools for diagnosing personality and emotions of adolescents. She has conducted research on the impact of pandemics on adolescents and screened students for mental health issues. She is accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach). Co-author of a book on coaching in social policy.

Monika Józefowicz

Psychologist, coach, sociotherapist. Graduate of the Higher School of Pedagogical Sciences in Warsaw and the University of Szczecin. She is accredited by ICF and Profi Competence. Specializes in developmental coaching and working with children and adolescents. Aggression Replacement trainer. She has 17 years of training experience, working with universities and schools across the country. Monika uses psychodynamic and transactional analysis approaches. Passionate about working with people, especially in the area of children's emotions and behavior.

The Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School reserves the right to postpone the start date of the course to the new academic year or the following semester in case the minimum group of candidates required to start the course is not admitted.
