European Funds contribution: PLN 1,975,874.40

The Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School, together with the “L” Foundation, is implementing the “Accessible Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School” project. It aims to prepare an accessibility system and provide equal opportunities in academic life for SGMK students and employees with disabilities, as well as for foreign students.

As part of the project, an in-depth analysis of the University’s accessibility will be carried out, training programs for SGMK employees will be developed and conducted, and scholarship programs, classes and courses for people with special needs will be created. The website will be adjusted to meet accessibility needs, and accessibility procedures will be developed and implemented.

The target groups are students with disabilities, international students, SGMK employees and people interested in studying at SGMK.

The project is expected to improve SGMK’s accessibility for people with disabilities, as well as foreign students, increase the competence of employees in the area of accessibility, and improve the university’s infrastructure. The project is also expected to result in the launch of scholarship programs and courses for people with special needs, and the establishment of an Accessibility Office.
