UKSW Prof. Jolanta Łodzińska joins SGMK research project

UKSW Prof. Jolanta Łodzińska joined the Advisory Team for the research project “Suicidology – analysis of the state of knowledge and educational campaign” implemented by the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School.

Jolanta Łodzińska is a professor and a research fellow at the Institute of Sociological Sciences at the Socio-Economic Faculty of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She is also a member of the Polish Sociological Society and the Łomża Wag Scientific Society. Since 2019, she has been serving as Head of the Department of Sociology of Health and Social Work and in 2020, she was appointed Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Administration.  She was also a Senator of UKSW for the 2020-2024 term. 

“Suicidology – state of knowledge analysis and educational campaign” project, implemented by the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School, is funded by the Ministry of Science. Its purpose is to diagnose the level of public awareness of the issue of suicide among children in various social groups. It will also include a sociological analysis of the phenomenon and the development of a comprehensive educational program.
